Here's what to do...

Netscape Navigator 4 and above

1. In the browser window, under the Edit menu, choose Preferences...
2. In the window on the left, click on "Navigator" (if it's not already selected).
3. In the box labelled "Navigator starts with," make sure "Home page" is selected.
4. In the box labelled "Home page," enter the following in the "Location" field:
   file:///L|/Css_web/index.html
   (Note: the character after L, the vertical line, is found on the backslash key, above the Enter key.)
5. Hit the "OK" button. CSS WEB will now appear whenever the user hits the "Home" button.

Netscape Navigator 3

1. In the browser window, under the Options menu, choose General Preferences...
2. Make sure the "Appearance" tab is at the front.
3. In the center box, entitled "Startup," enter the following in the "Browser Starts With" field:
   file:///L|/Css_web/index.html
   (Note: the character after L, the vertical line, is found on the backslash key, above the Enter key.)
4. Hit the "OK" button. CSS WEB will now appear whenever the user hits the "Home" button.
